Next, she ties up loose ends for the day: answering emails, editing, or any other work that needs to be completed. To stay focused she utilizes scents that enhance focus, memory, and concentration. These scents include lemon, peppermint, and rosemary. Brewing these herbs into a tea is a soothing way to utilize the aromathereutpaetic benefits.

If you need a snack in the evenings, try healthy choices like pita bread, carrots, celery, and hummus. Use a muffin baking pan to control portions by placing each item in a separate muffin compartment.
