Hussain Sajwani, the DAMAC Owner is taking the World of Development by Storm

Hussain Sajwani is the 2002 founder and owner of DAMAC Properties. He is currently the majority shareholder and Chairman of the company. Under the leadership of the DAMAC owner, the company, with a focus on real estate development at the luxury level. The projects include locations in the United Kingdom, as well as the Middle East.

Property development projects include a partnership between DAMAC International Company and Omran and called Nine Elms Property Limited. The company has developed a mixed-use development in London that will become the most prestigious address in the entire city. Another partnership development is the Mina Al Sultan Qaboos project, between DAMAC International Company and Omran. The project is a destination for the luxurious lifestyle and included residences and hotels, and retail and dining.

AYKON Maldives Resort is another project developed by Hussain Sajwani and located on an island that is reclaimed in the archipelago of Maldives. The development includes a five star resort with more than 100 suites, water villas and bungalows. State of the art spa and fitness facilities, fine dining and a variety of entertainment venues are included in the plan. Hussain Sajwani established DICO Investment Co., LLC in 1992 to manage its assets. The management strategy is separated into four different categories debt instruments issued by banks and regional companies, long term investments, subsidiary ownership in identifiable growth industries and strategic holdings.

The DAMAC owner is the Chairman of an entity called Al Anwar Ceramic Tiles Co SAOG. The company manufacturer’s ceramic tiles and is the largest company to do so. The company was established in 1998 and markets under the name of Al Shams. The company utilizes state of the art equipment and local raw materials. Hussain Sajwani is also the majority stock holder of a building material company names Al Amana Building Materials Company, LLC. The company provides builders a very diverse variety of building materials, bathrooms, surface finishes and flooring materials.

The DAMAC owner is still in the catering company, the first business entity of Hussain Sajwani, is a stock company of Omani Joint Stock Company and named Al Jazeira Services Company. The company is listed in the Muscat Securities Market and supports a wide base of shareholders.

    Originally people had a really good feeling about coffee but now it is being sold as really great when properties are added.
